Ramya Venkataraman, Founder & CEO

At McKinsey & Company, where she was part of the firm’s leadership group in India, Ramya worked with clients across industry sectors for 10 years before deciding to pursue her long-standing passion for education. For the next 5+ years, she drove several large-scale and pioneering initiatives in education and skills in India as Leader of McKinsey’s Education Practice. CENTA was a natural next step for Ramya, drawing significantly from her on-the- ground experience to address what she sees as one of the biggest challenges in the sector.

Anjali Jain, Founder-Director

Passionate about building new ventures, Anjali Jain believes that improvement in quality and effectiveness of teaching in the K-12 space is imperative for large-scale transformation in education – with CENTA as the catalyst for this transformation. Anjali brings in two decades of experience in business management and operations leadership, during which she has driven large-scale initiatives with a focus on entrepreneurial planning and execution.
